Three Billy Goats Gruff
1: Look at the clue posted on Dojo and with the children discuss what traditional story it could be. If they guess correctly ask them if they can tell you anything they know about the story. Parents if you could write down the answers and take a picture of it.
2: Watch the video of the story.
3: Using the bridge experiment document below or just by using household items, build a bridge that is strong enough to hold a 1-3 goats. I understand you might not have toy goats at home, using any other sort of small toy is fine.
4: Using the template or creating something similar to the example picture below, get the children to write a sentence telling us what they think happens to the troll after he has fallen in the river.
