After listening to the story of 'Mrs Owl's Forest School', we became woodland detectives and looked for 'Hedgy' in his own little den in Leafy Woods'. We enjoyed making a den and decorating it with a little bit of help from our grown ups. We also followed the safety rules of using a wooden mallet. We banged golf tees into the pumpkins, being careful not to hit our fingers and thumbs.
