Record your homework in your Maths books, remembering to use a pencil and present work neatly. Always mark your work so you can check and learn from any mistakes. Maths homework will reflect work being completed in school and provide opportunities to practice new learning. You also have access to TTRS so you can keep times tables knowledge fresh.

Hand in 26th November - multiplying fractions by a whole number . Method = put the whole number above a denominator of 1 then multiply the numerators , multiply the denominators. Put your answer back to a mixed number fraction. Remember to mark your work.

Hand in 19th November: A print out has been given to your child for this weeks homework as it is a game to play. The answers can be found here. Please only spend 30 mins only this week.

Hand in 5th November - This homework backs up the learning we have be doing in class this week. It is a speed test so you can attempt it as many times as you wish to beat your time and score. I have included the BODMAS poster to remind you of the order of operations. Please use this school/National Curriculum method . Only work for a total of 60 mins over the 2 week time period. Remember to mark your work

Hand in 22nd October - This is some more long division practice. Continue to work on last weeks sheet. If completed, try the new sheet. I have included a help sheet to support the children with the method. Please use the school/National Curriculum method as this is the only method excepted in SAT's test .Use the colour pens like we did in class if it helps.
